Signing in
- New accounts are created by your organization's workspace admin, who sends you an invitation. Open the invitation email on the device you will use, choose a password, and sign in.
- Forgot your password? Open app.grovehallsolutions.com and choose Forgot password. The reset link arrives by email.
- Field crews file daily reports from the field app: open app.grovehallsolutions.com/field on your phone and add it to your Home Screen. The iPhone app sends field crew logins there too.
- No workspace after signing in? Your account is not an active member of a workspace yet. Ask your workspace admin to invite you or restore your access.
The iPhone, iPad and Mac apps
The apps open the workspace your organization already uses: your projects, board, task list and calendar, with the view set by your role. They show live work read-only; status changes, new work, reports and client links are made in the web workspace. The sign-in screen also offers a sample workspace with fictional projects, so you can look around before you have an account.
Deleting your account
You can request deletion from inside the product: in the iPhone, iPad or Mac app, open the Account section and choose Request account deletion; in the web workspace, choose Delete account. You can also email [email protected] from the address on the account. Nothing is deleted until we confirm your identity with you by email. If your account belongs to a customer organization's workspace, we may coordinate with that organization, since the workspace content is theirs. Retention after deletion is described in our Privacy Policy.
